This image was done in PS. It is the result of taking shapes, bending, folding, streching them etc. Images I produce this way always begin with a single cloud render - then the fun begins! The subjects of the work I create in this manner, evolves as I go along. I personally like the cold desolate, but strangely beautiful mood in this image. I hope you like it.
